I attended culinary school and graduated with an associates degree in Baking and Pastry, while pursuing a minor in Nutrition. After working briefly in the industry, I became a wife to my amazing husband and a mother to our two beautiful little girls. I have a passion for food and nutrition. I'm no expert, but I love studying this topic and adjusting my family's lifestyle to reflect what I've learned.
